Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly, confident, and outgoing person to own the guest and work spaces by creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their visitors. You'll need to be proactive and engage with clients, visitors, and client employees, while creating solutions to any queries that may arise and supporting the workplace experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and the experience of client employees and guests.
  • Strive to continually improve experience service performance by collaborating with internal stakeholders for event planning and execution.
  • Implement improved initiatives & activations to the guest & work spaces to enhance client service and guest experience.
  • Assistance and flexibility with client events as needed to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns exceeding client expectations.
  • Be visibly engaged every day in the workspace and build meaningful lasting relationships with client employees and guests.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, facility/property management, business operations.
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising, and the ability to handle a varied workload.
  • Communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management in person and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with diverse teams on exciting initiatives and activations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
