Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Workspace Experience Coordinator (Barista) to join our team in Sydney. As the welcoming face of our workspace, you will create a smooth and personalized experience for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare a variety of beverages and manage the day-to-day operations of our cafe with flair and precision.
- Organize and execute workplace events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies.
- Embodies a customer-centric approach, with barista skills.
- Excels in problem-solving, maintains a positive outlook, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Brings 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented industry.
- Work life balance with Monday to Friday corporate hours and a 9 day fortnight.
