**Event Planning and Delivery Role:**

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead event planning and delivery for our organisation. As an Events Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful internal and external facing events and communications for key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic event planning and execution of events for the organisation and agencies within the cluster.
  • Client liaison, venue sourcing, supplier management, and operations onsite, including speaker and stakeholder management.
  • Developing event communications and collaborating with internal teams to promote events and community engagement.
  • Supporting the team in developing, coordinating, and delivering effective stakeholder communications, including to local communities, non-government organisations, businesses, and government agencies.
  • Providing regular reports and metrics on event engagement activities, including budget tracking, community engagement, satisfaction scorecards, and internal feedback.
  • Collecting and compiling information to prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports enabling service review and improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in delivering in-person, digital broadcast, and hybrid events.
  • Strong event management experience is essential.
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly with online events and working with external providers, venues, and suppliers.
  • Superb communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and prioritising individual with excellent diplomacy skills at all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in using event platforms such as Streamyard, Vimeo, Slido, MS Teams Town Hall, or Eventbrite.
