Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Event Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in event planning, wedding coordination, and hospitality sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, be able to manage client relationships effectively, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and event bookings from initial inquiry to successful event delivery
  • Co-ordinate weddings and events with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Work closely with the events team to deliver high-quality events that exceed client expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi and Opera Cloud
  • Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts as required
