We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the successful delivery of 80-100 360 programs focusing on construction. This role has co-ownership of the program of work with the SPM Innovation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure the successful delivery of 80-100 360 programs.
  • Build the capability to meet safety, quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust program delivery governance and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with leaders across various functions, effectively communicating program delivery plans and performance updates.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of program and people leadership experience focusing on transformation and innovation, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building capabilities in project and construction.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to work across stakeholder groups in a large-scale environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience.
