Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Employee Relations (ER) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) functions. This role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key ER and DEI programs, ensuring they align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key ER and DEI programs, ensuring they align with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Low Performance Operations: Work with ERPs on all aspects of the Managing Low Performance workstream, including reporting to senior HR leaders and enabling ERPs.
  • DEI Roadmap: Co-create the DEI Strategic and Operational plan with the DEI Leader.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive program success.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for ER and DEI initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze ER and DEI data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
