Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a groundbreaking data migration program. This role requires leveraging extensive experience, deep knowledge of data migration, and outstanding stakeholder and dependency management skills to drive the program to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery, ensuring alignment with the organisation's objectives and timelines.
  • Data Migration: Apply your in-depth understanding of data integration or migration methodologies, tools, and best practices to guide and oversee data-related initiatives within the project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure the program's success and alignment with business goals.
  • Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies within the program, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Take charge of program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient utilization of funds and personnel.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data and analytics integration, ensuring program resilience and adaptability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders on program progress, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the integration process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Delivery in the financial services sector or related industry.
  • Profound knowledge of data migration programs.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
