Program Enablement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of strategic programs focused on the continuous evolution of the Procurement function and its Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of key programs, including the Group Procurement Capability Framework and Quarterly Delivery Cycle
- Be a leader in agile, robust project & program management and a key member of the Group Program Management Tribe
- Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to the Senior Programs and Governance Manager and senior stakeholders across the Business Units to demonstrate the value they receive through structured proactive program management
- Be challenged in a key role where you will make a visible impact on the success of the Woolworths Group and manage C-Suite / senior stakeholder relationships
- Extensive experience leading medium to large-scale corporate programs
- Specialist program management skills developed as a member of a complex program team with multiple workstreams (People, Process and Systems), utilising agile methodologies
- Well-developed problem-solving toolkit including analytical with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity and the development of the storyboard to engage and bring stakeholders along the journey
- Proven collaboration and strong business partnering skills with senior Stakeholders
- A Program Management tool kit that will support the development of the Group Procurement Program Management standards leveraging data and automation to drive delivery and performance tracking efficiencies
