Job Opportunity:

We're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our venue as a Venue Manager.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs to ensure the smooth running of the venue
  • Train, mentor, and upskill your team members to build their confidence and competence
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all aspects of the venue's operations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior hospitality management position
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field an asset
