We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to spearhead the success of one of the Macedon Ranges' most renowned destinations. This historic vineyard and award-winning property offers an unparalleled backdrop for unforgettable leisure escapes, conferences, retreats, and celebrations.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering high-performance results in competitive markets. They will have the strategic vision to drive sales and revenue growth while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A commercial edge – experience in luxury or premium hotels, with a focus on sales, revenue management, pricing strategy, conferencing, weddings & events.
  • Proven leadership impact – engaging, decisive, and able to rally teams to achieve big goals.
  • Full-service expertise – experience in luxury or premium hotels, across rooms, F&B, conferencing, and weddings.
  • Growth mindset and resilience – able to navigate challenges, adapt quickly, and keep momentum high.
