Job Overview

This is a key role in delivering asset management, compliance and infrastructure performance in a complex environment.

  • Lead the delivery of asset management strategies across a major facility.
  • Oversee lifecycle planning, asset condition analysis and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical and operational teams to optimise asset performance.
  • Provide recommendations to improve infrastructure resilience and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
About You
  • Degree in Engineering or related field, with strong technical knowledge of hospital infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in asset and facilities management within healthcare environments.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 55000, lifecycle planning and performance-based contracts.
  • Experience with PPP models – highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

As an Asset Manager, you will report to the Facilities Director and work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable operation of hospital assets.
