About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-end portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Handle maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Accounts and Leasing: Manage accounts and leasing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and renewals.
  • Tribunal Hearings: Attend tribunal hearings as required, representing the company and resolving disputes.
  • Tenant Inquiries: Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification: A current Certificate of Registration, demonstrating your expertise and qualifications.
