Key Responsibilities- Drafting and updating wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Providing advice to clients on estate planning matters and will and estate disputes
- Assisting in the administration of estates, including representing clients in will and estate disputes, family provision claims, and other equitable matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- 3+ years of experience in Wills and Estates law
- Strong drafting skills, particularly in drafting wills and estate planning documents
- Proven ability to manage deceased estate matters, including applying for a grant of probate/letters of administration and attending to the administration and distribution of estates
- Experience in estate disputes/litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
