The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the rent roll, coordinating with the property manager and senior property manager to ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants, and maintain all required records.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in maintaining the rent roll and integration of new properties
* Coordinate with the property manager and senior property manager to ensure high-quality services are provided
* Maintain all required records, including leases and MAA ingoing/outgoing condition reports
* Arrange advertising on the internet as required
* Handle maintenance issues, including obtaining quotes and confirming jobs with tradespeople
* Assist with tenant selection
* Provide property information and assistance to tenants as requested

Requirements:

* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
* NSW Drivers Licence
* Own Vehicle
