Adult Speech Pathologist Position

Yooralla is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Southern region of Melbourne. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with adults with a disability to provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community to support clients to achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication skills, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals and outcomes.
We are looking for an established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. You will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability. You will also have experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
