Paediatric Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Windermere Child and Family Services. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work with children and their families to develop and implement individualized communication plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-informed intervention strategies and assessments to support children's communication development
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver comprehensive support plans
- Provide key worker support and advice to families and children
- Conduct assessments and interventions in natural environments, schools, and kindergartens
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 2 years' experience in paediatric practice, with a focus on communication development
- Strong knowledge of typical development and common conditions affecting children's communication
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
