Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our car rental team as a Rental Services Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone queries, and completing rental agreements. This role also involves inspecting vehicles upon check-out and return, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with appropriate penalties paid. A full driver's license and proof of COVID vaccination are mandatory requirements.

Previous experience in an office or customer service environment is highly desirable. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
  • Process rental agreements and manage vehicle inspections
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies
Requirements:
  • Full driver's license
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • Previous experience in an office or customer service environment (desirable)
