Car Rental Service Specialist

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and handle various aspects of car rentals.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handling bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking and cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
- Cross-selling products and services

About the Role
This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding customer service abilities.
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and making sales, while also learning and operating our point-of-sale software.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, you will need to have a flexible attitude and be willing to learn and adapt.
