Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Car Rental Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our car rental business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various locations.

Your primary role will be to serve our valued customers at the counter with high quality and attention to detail.

Key duties include:

  • Serving Customers: Provide outstanding customer service experience by responding to queries, resolving issues, and offering support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of quality control are met, including presentation of the counter, paperwork, and fleet maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, answer calls, make reservations, and complete vehicle cleaning tasks.
