We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in ensuring a positive experience for our customers as they return their vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, processing rental returns efficiently and courteously, and selling Hertz rental options to valued customers.

To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers verbally.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, particularly in the rental industry. Computer literacy and flexibility in working hours are also essential.
