Job Description:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, including guiding the team through busy service periods. Your key responsibilities will include spearheading crew training, elevating the guest experience, and contributing to the management of inventory and finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
