Job Title:

Senior Contract Administrator

Job Overview:

This is a Senior Contract Administrator role where you will be responsible for providing end-to-end contract management based on a project, including but not limited to;

  • Sub & Head Contract Management
  • Establishing appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Commercial leadership team to manage contracts and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts.
