Job Title: Contract Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Management Professional to manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and financial oversight on major construction projects.

The successful candidate will take ownership of contract administration, contribute to project efficiencies, and guide the procurement process from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and ensure smooth site delivery.
  • Prepare and manage subcontract agreements.
  • Evaluate trade packages, negotiate terms, and present tender recommendations.
  • Oversee contract variations and manage RFI processes.
  • Monitor project expenditure and deliver regular financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with systems and identify process improvements.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in contract administration, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
  • A proven track record of working on large-scale building construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding record-keeping abilities.
