Senior Contracts Administrator

We are a progressive civil engineering firm seeking a skilled professional to lead our commercial management team. With a strong background in construction and a collaborative mindset, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor claims and payments, and working closely with construction and design teams.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Experience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion, and close-out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current C-Class Driver's Licence.
