About the Role
We are seeking a Security Officer for Day Mobile Patrols across Melbourne and surrounding areas. This position involves providing high-quality services onsite for Homes Victoria, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile patrols and foot patrols of designated areas;
- Perform lockup procedures and complete detailed reports on incidents and issues encountered during patrols;
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential security threats;
- Ability to move between sites in Melbourne and surrounding areas;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate;
- Current VIC Security licence;
- Full VIC Drivers license and demonstrated road safety;
- Strong language and literacy skills and incident reporting;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment;
- Full Australian working rights;
- Ability to work night shifts.
