User Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead the implementation of personalized experiences on our digital touchpoints, driving commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include project management and delivery of seamless integration of new products, digital channels, and touchpoints into our digital environment.
- Support project teams to optimize digital integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement a digital experience strategy, driving commercial performance through digital channels and across priority stages of the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, website design/development, and user research.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, website design/development, or similar.
- Experience in user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address user journey pain points and business stakeholder concerns.
