**Job Title:** UX Design Lead
Job OverviewCMC Markets is a global leader in CFD trading and share investing. We empower millions of investors worldwide to access financial markets.
As our Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, consistent, and user-centred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UX/UI direction of the CMC Invest platform, focusing on mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to create solutions that balance user value, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.
- Manage and evolve our design system in Figma to support scalable, accessible, and brand-aligned design work.
- Guide the team through launch phases of new investing platforms, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about user-centred design, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
