About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled User Experience Director to lead our product and content design teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive the delivery of user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Multiple years of experience managing design teams and delivering user-centered design solutions
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • The ability to tell compelling stories and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A high degree of influence with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Self-starting capabilities and a focus on simple solutions and customer-centric thinking
