Director of User Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Director to lead our Growth team in crafting exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and business growth across our web app and corporate website.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience Design: Our ideal candidate will design and optimize key customer experiences, amplifying product squad work by creating and optimizing pathways through our product from initial engagement to conversion and re-engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and growth/marketing leads to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features driving acquisition and product adoption.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze quantitative product and marketing funnel data to identify friction points in acquisition, activation, and conversion, then iterate on designs (e.g., A/B tests) to improve key growth metrics like website conversion, signup rates, product usage, and upsell.
- Prototyping and Execution: Translate wireframes into clickable prototypes and finished designs using Figma, ensuring consistency with our design system and brand, and iterating rapidly on designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Growth Initiative Leadership: Lead the design process for growth-oriented projects spanning marketing and product surfaces – from ideation through launch – setting high standards for design quality and user experience, and ensuring solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
- Skillset: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
