Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams.

  • You will lead monthly demand planning cycles, refining forecasts by analysing sales data, market trends, and new product launches.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in inventory and demand planning, ideally within apparel, lingerie, or similar fashion sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • High proficiency in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools.
  • Self-motivation and confidence working independently, with strong leadership and guidance skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
