Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly demand planning cycles, using analytical skills to interpret large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels, proactively managing stock to reduce overstock and stockouts while accounting for supplier lead times and production variability.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, supply chain, sales, ecommerce, and finance teams to align inventory management with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Utilize SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools to extract insights, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze commercial data and financial impacts to optimize inventory strategies and support business goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory and demand planning, preferably within apparel, lingerie, or similar fashion sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive accurate decision-making.
  • High proficiency in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools, with a focus on extracting insights and driving business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and confident in working independently, while providing clear leadership and guidance to your team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
