  Job Description
  
  As the Senior Inventory & Demand Planner, you will take ownership of end-to-end inventory and demand planning processes, driving accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams. As well as:
  • Lead monthly demand planning cycles, refining forecasts by analysing sales data, market trends, and new product launches to ensure optimal accuracy.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels, proactively managing stock to reduce both overstock and stockouts while accounting for supplier lead times and production variability.
  • Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, sales, ecommerce, and finance teams to align inventory management with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Leverage SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools to extract insights, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse commercial data and financial impacts to optimise inventory strategies and support business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Demand Planner, fostering growth and accountability.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant

  You bring a blend of experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills that enable you to effectively manage demand and inventory planning in a fast-paced retail environment. Specifically, you:
  • Have 3-5 years' experience in inventory and demand planning, ideally within apparel, lingerie, or similar fashion sectors.
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • Are highly proficient in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools.
  • Are self-motivated and confident working independently while providing clear leadership and guidance to your team.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, demonstrating adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bring strong commercial acumen and attention to detail, aligning inventory strategies with broader business objectives.
