Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to lead the transformation of our learning experience and launch a brand-new Learning Management System with user-centered design at its core.

You will oversee planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts while applying a broad spectrum of UX methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining, evolving and enhancing our design system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage customer journey frameworks and research insights to ensure designs meet customer needs.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows with users.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects and foster high standards of design excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery.
About You (Qualifications and Experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in senior UX design role with web and mobile experience.
  • A strong portfolio of UX/Design work with excellent facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in UX research, design, and execution methodologies.
  • A proven ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience with various Agile tools and systems.
