Senior UX Designer

Job Overview

This role focuses on leading the development of user-centered design solutions for a Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have experience in both web and mobile UX design, with strong facilitation skills and a portfolio that showcases their expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop insight-led designs based on customer needs, using research and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions.
  • Lead design efforts across key strategic projects, fostering a high standard of design capability.
  • Contribute to maintaining, evolving, and enhancing our design system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery.
  • Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in senior UX design roles, with expertise in web and mobile design.
  • Strong portfolio of UX/design work, with expert facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in UX research, design, and execution methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and ability to manage competing issues under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience with various Agile tools and systems.
  • Decision-making ability using a DVF approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
