About the Role

We are seeking a talented User Experience Design Leader to play a pivotal role in enhancing member experience and leading planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts across our organisation.

This is a 12-month contract role where you will be part of an exciting transformation of our learning experience, launching a new Learning Management System focused on member satisfaction.

Your Key Duties Include :

  • Insight-led design - leverage the enterprise journey framework and research during discovery and design to ensure designs meet customer needs.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to identify issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across strategic projects and foster high design standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Experience, Design and Innovation team and with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams.

About You :

  • Demonstrated experience in senior UX design roles for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong portfolio and a commitment to continual development, with excellent facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in UX research, design, and testing methodologies, including user testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Ability to deliver customer-centric, iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with experience using Agile tools.
  • Decisive, objective, and rational decision-maker, capable of delivering on a vision using a DVF approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
