Job Title: Overnight Guest Service Agent
">At our resort, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is based at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort & Novotel Darwin Airport Hotel, located near the airport and a short drive from Darwin CBD.

- Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in a professional manner.">
- Verify accuracy of account postings and prepare necessary paperwork.">
- Maintain an accurate cashiering balance at the completion of shifts.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets.">
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.">
- Prior experience in a hotel Finance Department is preferred.">
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am), including weekends and public holidays.">
