Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to high standards
  • Replenishing amenities and linens
  • Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
  • Maintaining guest privacy and security

They will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces. This includes responding promptly to guest requests and feedback, assisting with occasional deep cleaning projects, and ensuring all areas are presented to brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • A solid understanding of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
  • The ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in fast-paced environments.

In addition, they should have:

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

A valid driver's license is beneficial, and flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary.
