We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will work closely with the Front Office Manager to maintain high standards of customer service across all areas of operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment and possess strong hotel management skills, including knowledge of reservations, accounts, complaint handling, and problem-solving.

You will be responsible for working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting in the management of all departments while on shift
  • Maintaining excellent personal presentation and ensuring hotel presentation and staff grooming meet high standards
  • Being proactive and anticipating guest needs
  • Demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is essential
  • Proven experience in front desk and reservation operations
