Job Opportunity

This role is critical for our continued success in the public sector, requiring a deep understanding of software development practices, data center and infrastructure technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the public sector and industry, with a strong ability to develop relationships and manage opportunities with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to build mind share and adoption of cloud computing platforms among partners.
  • Establish and grow business and technical relationships with key partners, driving sales execution, training, and certifications.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with partners, identifying revenue opportunities and working to exceed goals.
  • Define strategic plans and approaches to new industries and market segments, ensuring alignment with company direction.
A Day in the Life

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneur who applies sales discipline balanced with strategic thinking, able to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

They will work closely with technical, legal, business desk, partner operations, professional services, and direct sellers to bring best-of-breed programs to support partners and drive growth.

About the Team

We are a team that sets partner strategy within defined territories, building villages of AWS SMEs to execute on key activities and drive growth.

We seek candidates based in ACT or with >5 years' experience selling into ACT Public Sector, with strong knowledge of software development practices and data center/inrastructure/networking technologies.

Experience with best-in-class sales operations, processes, and methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management is highly desirable.
