We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager Specialist to join our Victorian team. In this role, you will represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers. You will explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges, including cross-selling of products and/or services. With a focus on proactive management of portfolio performance in line with customer reporting, you will identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service.
