Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You will work closely with our VIP manager, supervisor, and senior hosts to contribute to team development goals and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Understand client objectives and decision-making processes
  • Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, including managing relationships and ensuring all enquiries are followed through
