Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the administration, enhancement, and integration of our workforce management system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant systems. They will be responsible for the configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and pay rules, as well as implementing system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.

The successful candidate will ensure that systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies. They will collaborate with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.

  • Generate reports and analyze workforce data to inform business decisions
  • Design processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Apart from technical skills and experience, we value knowledge of enterprise agreements, awards, employment policies, and process documentation. A business or relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
