As a workforce specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture and employee wellbeing plan to meet the strategic objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on HR matters to staff and senior management
- Perform administrative tasks across HR activities and prepare analysis for Senior Manager
- Manage recruitment processes in collaboration with the HR Team
- Support the development of HR initiatives, policies, and strategies
- End-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, focusing on induction and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated skills and experience in HR providing advice on administrative services and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with people management systems, preferably cloud-based software
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to provide services in a diverse environment
