About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning of our city, working closely with our in-house legal experts and external firms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on planning matters, ensuring compliance with relevant controls.
  • Prepare documents for court proceedings, including submissions and appeals.
  • Recommend amendments to systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of consultants, including Town Planners and Environmental Specialists.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualifications in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in planning-related matters.
  • Current Class C driver's license.
