
APAC Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

As a high-energy marketer, you will be responsible for building out the demand generation strategy by partnering with local sales stakeholders, central marketing teams, and operations to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
You will ideate, create, execute, optimize and strategize multi-channel campaigns to build pipeline for our sales teams across all revenue bands and industries.
This position reports to the APAC head of marketing, based out of Sydney three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute ABM strategies with sales to exceed pipeline goals leveraging inbound and outbound tactics.
- Implement and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion with targeted campaigns diving deep into the customer journey.
- Oversee events and field marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Own reporting and analytics for demand generation efforts in APAC markets, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with sales leadership by aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related function in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic and operational excellence.
- A collaborative self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and partners extensively with sales.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and data-savvy with a good understanding of the APAC market.
- A hacker's mentality, obsessing over finding novel ways to hit goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue.
They will work closely with local sales stakeholders, central marketing teams, and operations to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing ABM strategies with sales, implementing and optimizing the funnel from awareness to conversion, overseeing events and field marketing, owning reporting and analytics, and partnering with sales leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related function in B2B tech or SaaS.
They must have a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic and operational excellence.
A collaborative self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and partners extensively with sales is required.
Creative, detail-oriented, and data-savvy with a good understanding of the APAC market is essential.
A hacker's mentality, obsessing over finding novel ways to hit goals, is necessary for success in this role.
