About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in Australia and the broader APAC market. This is a key role that requires someone with a deep understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, channels, and metrics.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through data-driven decision making, strong partnerships with sales teams, and a bias for action. If you are a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for demand generation, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth in Australia and APAC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure alignment and shared revenue targets.
  • Analyse campaign ROI and optimise performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated demand generation plans.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through data-driven decision making and strong partnerships with sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of demand gen channels, including digital and in-person tactics.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide strategy and optimise results.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
