Incident Manager Role

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled Incident Manager to join our client partner's team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing critical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of critical issues and manage them proactively to prevent escalations and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve high-risk escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to identify root causes of problems and drive preventive measures to improve operational health.
  • Monitor and report on reactive cases to ensure ongoing operational health and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in supporting enterprise technologies and a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
