Job Overview

The Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead is responsible for leading the organisation's controls program to ensure critical operational, enterprise and strategic controls are well-designed, effectively implemented, and operating efficiently.

About the Role

This role involves planning and executing assurance programs, conducting control design and effectiveness testing, and driving improvements that enhance overall governance and risk resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine enterprise controls to meet both public sector requirements and industry best practices.
  • Build strong partnerships across first- and second-line teams, governance, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance alignment, developing remediation strategies, and enhancing organisational capability through training, education, and awareness initiatives.
