We are seeking a skilled Risk Partner to join our team. This is a key role in strengthening enterprise risk practices and driving financial sustainability across the organization.

  • Partner with faculties and central portfolios to identify, assess, and manage strategic and operational risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent application across assigned areas.
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of risk registers, analyze trends, and contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated and proactive risk management approaches.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification and extensive relevant experience in risk, compliance, and/or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in developing and applying enterprise risk frameworks, policies, and practices in a complex organization.
  • Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and design practical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and governance environments in higher education or similar sectors.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and briefings for executive leadership and governance bodies.
