Enterprise Architecture SpecialistJob Description
WorkSafe Technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to lead and mentor architects in the development of technology solutions that support business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor architects ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and standards.
- Review and approve technical designs to ensure they meet quality standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges and decision-making, ensuring design choices support current needs and future scalability.
- Define and implement architectural governance processes to ensure consistency and alignment across all solutions.
- Balance quality, time, and cost constraints to ensure effective and cost-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience architecting solutions using industry-leading enterprise platforms and a strong track record of delivering efficient solutions to complex business challenges.
About You
Applicants should have extensive experience in program architecture, specifically in data, applications, and integration architectures. They must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and possess exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
